Teacher Hui Xin

Hello! I'm a friend to kids who find learning tough and a helper for parents and teachers who support them. I believe every child has a special kind of smart inside them, and I love helping them find and use it, especially when it comes to reading and behaving well. I work with some super passionate doctors and therapists to make sure teachers have more time to do what they love—connecting with kids.

Education

Ms Hui Xin hold a Master degree in Applied Social Psychology from the Royal Holloway, University of London. She is an experienced interventionist cum special needs teacher in the field of special needs which allows her to work with a wide range of children of different ages and abilities. She has over 9 years of experience handling different types of learning difficulties children, including Attention Deficit/ Hyperactive Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Dyslexia.

Helping kids who are scared of reading to fall in love with books

Guiding kids to be better friends and learners

Showing math teachers how to make math fun and less scary

Giving talks to parents about important stuff like bullying and how too much screen time affects our brains

What I Do

Learning Buddy & Guide

I make reading English and Bahasa Melayu cool and fun with my special Reading Rescue Program.

I've teamed up with professionals to make teachers' days easier, so they can have more time to do great things in class.
